Experience
Experience in both high end residential and commercial construction as well as managing multiple properties. Having been in construction I know the difficulties that come with managing subcontractors. Coming from the construction industry we have a long list of trusted subcontractors that we use every day.
For this project I was acting superintendent which entailed oversight of all subcontractors, deliveries and scheduling.
